Bitdeer 计划于 2027 年 Q2 交付 67MW 容量
Bitdeer plans 67MW capacity delivery by Q2 2027
Bitdeer Technologies Group has put dates on another piece of its build-out. The company plans to begin its 901 capacity delivery in January 2027 and reach 67 MW by Q2 2027.
What Bitdeer is promising
The latest plan is short on ceremony. Delivery of the 901 capacity is slated to start in January 2027, and the ramp is meant to hit 67 MW by the second quarter of that year.
The 67 MW target lands alongside several other projects. Bitdeer, which is based in Singapore and trades on Nasdaq under BTDR, has been stacking up capacity commitments for its AI Cloud and high-performance computing (HPC) business, much of it in Malaysia.
The anchor is the A201 data center in Johor Bahru. It carries roughly 21.7 MW of IT capacity, and Bitdeer has secured off-take commitments for more than 70% of it.
A201 is expected to energize in the first quarter of 2027. Bitdeer anticipates the contracted capacity will generate more than $1.7 billion in revenue over five years.

The Malaysia buildout gets bigger
Next door, the A202 site adds 65.1 MW of capacity and targets energization in Q3 2027. It comes with a 10-year agreement.
With A202 added, the Johor Bahru campus is set to reach 86.8 MW. The smaller A102 site, at 9.5 MW, is fully contracted and is expected to contribute more than $800 million.
Bitdeer’s expected revenue backlog for its AI Cloud business reached around $2.9 billion following the A201 commitments.
Bitdeer aims to deliver up to 350 MW of AI Cloud capacity by Q1 2028, and recent announcements have brought its secured capacity to approximately 333.5 MW.
The 350 MW plan is being financed largely through customer prepayments and contractual financing, which means clients are effectively helping pay for the buildings they will use.
From mining rigs to GPUs
Bitdeer still runs as a vertically integrated mining company with operations in several countries. The company can allocate electricity flexibly between mining and AI services, using infrastructure originally built for Bitcoin to host high-performance computing workloads.
Bitdeer has also positioned itself as a preferred NVIDIA Cloud Partner. Between September and October 2026, the company pushed forward on GPU procurement and signed incremental site agreements to support its operations.
What this means
The January 2027 start and the Q2 2027 target are plans, and the same goes for A201’s Q1 2027 energization and A202’s Q3 2027 date.
A meaningful share of the contracted capacity sits on a single Malaysian campus, so local permitting, power supply, or policy changes could ripple through several projects at once.
The first test is whether the 901 delivery actually starts in January 2027, followed by A201 energizing on schedule in the first quarter. After that, the focus moves to whether the remaining gap between approximately 333.5 MW secured and the 350 MW goal gets filled before Q1 2028.
